Refund Policy
Product Refund Policy
Refunds for products ordered must be issued within twenty-four hours of receiving the product. Refunds are given for products that arrive damaged in shipment, the wrong product was received, or your item was never received. Proof of damage, missing, or misplaced items must be shown at the time of the refund request. Refund requests made more than 24 hours after receiving the items will not be accepted. Refund requests made with no proof of damage and or missing/wrong item received will not be accepted, even under the twenty-four-hour mark.
Commission Refund Policy
Refunds for commission work are sent to clients via email, as they are individually catered to the commissioned job.
